Course Fees

Olé Chicos Spanish Club course fees are payable in advance and must be received at least 1 week before your course is due to commence. Bookings should be for a whole course for the duration of a school term. There is no registration fee.

Missed Classes

We are unable to provide refunds in respect of missed classes as your child's place is reserved for a fixed number of consecutive weeks.

Class Numbers

Classes may be amalgamated if class size is deemed to be too small. If this is the case parents will be offered an alternative time and/or day of the week.

Inappropriate behaviour by pupils

We reserve the right to exclude any child who persistently exhibits inappropriate behaviour.

Course Cancellation by you

If your child is unable to complete a course (e.g. a family move away from the area) we will provide a pro-rata refund of the course fee for the balance of classes, provided you notify us at least 6 weeks before the date you wish to cancel.

Class Cancellation/Amendment by Olé Chicos Spanish Club

In exceptional cases it may be necessary for Olé Chicos Spanish Club to cancel or amend the time and/or location of a class. If a class is cancelled or amended, you will be offered the opportunity to attend another class, provided a place is available. If a place is not immediately available or you are unable to reschedule, a pro-rata refund of the course fee for the balance of classes will be offered.

Substitute Teachers

We reserve the right to substitute teachers in the unlikely event that the need arises.

Termination of Olé Chicos Spanish Club

Should the Club need to close for any major reason, full pro-rata refunds will be given.

Insurance

The venue is insured by Public and Product Liability insurance whilst classes are under the supervision of the appointed teacher.

Refunds

All refund requests must be made in writing to Olé Chicos Spanish Club. Refunds are only available against course fees and are subject to the criteria set out above. All refunds will be remitted by Olé Chicos Spanish Club within 30 days.
